REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

That being said, we deal with any refund requests on a case-by-case basis. ‘Tropical Tickets’ reserves all rights to reject any claims and choose the mode of payment to settle any refund claims that are found justified. Kindly note that the requesting customer must bear any additional charges required to settle the refund claim.

Additionally, there will be NO returns or refunds in the below-mentioned scenarios:

  • If you fail to attend the joined activity for any personal reasons
  • If you fail to participate in the event by missing the activity start time.
  • If the activity falls under ‘Tropical Ticket’’ special offers, best deals, and promotional events.
  • If there are any issues with the quality of service on behalf of third-party merchants.
  • If you accidentally join any activity.
  • If you cancel the activity yourself.
  • If you are subjected to any physical injury or mental trauma while performing the service.
  • If you are subjected to any physical injury or mental trauma while performing the service.

Tropical Tickets Services’ is not responsible for the quality of service provided by the merchant. Still, we will surely help facilitate communication between our esteemed customers and the merchant with any concerns as per the feedback received to always ensure the best for you.

All Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours Prior to the booked activity time or else it won't be eligible for a refund applied for nonticketed option only .

Direct Refund into the bank account may takes 10-15 working days

Refunding into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the Oyeah website.

If Users pay by their wallet the used amount and the redeemed Points will be will be refunded separately
